I. Financial Report (dold):
  - No expenses
  - Financial Officer will attach detailed report

II. New Board Election
  - Proposal: No changes
  => Unanimous consent reached
    => Board unchanged

III. Taler Payment Spinoff
  - Jan-March Ben Müller will work on fints integration for Taler
  - As employee, 400 EUR/month (part-time)
  => Unanimous consent on hire

IV. PEP
  - Wants to use GNUnet; Monetize it in the future
  - Everything as Free Software
  - For other licensing reasons (e.g. Apple Store) they want shared ownership
  - Code authors all need to allow G-ev to handle such negotiation in
    general by transferring copyright (ex. like Open Whisper Systems)
    => All those present are OK with GNUnet e.V. having right to represent
  - CG asked FSF for legal advice
  - Question: Are any contributors against this? 
  - Details on relicensing need to be discussed
  - Vote: Anybody against the board to negotiate with FSF, PEP etc 
  - 1 absent, 9 in favor
