Implemented delegate sign and store function for GNS entries:

- functions to store and sign delegates (all types) including serialization/string_to_value/..
- solved (almost) all TODOs
- some renaming and cleanup in gnunet-credential.c
- valgrind checked
- test file adapted accordingly
