7
Sadly, you do not currently appear to have permission to access
8 http://export.arxiv.org/PS_cache/arxiv/pdf/0710/0710.4903v1.pdf

11
If you are using the PDF Plug-in, it has many bugs and is forbidden here
12 due to problems it causes at the server end.
13 You must confirm that you have disabled it before access can be restored.

14
15
In Netscape try
16
Edit -> Preferences -> Navigator -> Applications
,
17 look for
Portable Document Format
and uncheck the plug-in box.
18 Or delete the pdf plugin dll file from the
19
Program Files/Netscape/Navigator/Program/plugins

20 directory and restart browser. Or for Acroread4/Explorer5 users,
21 go into Acroread's
22
File : Preferences : General : Web_Browser_Integration

23 and make sure the little box is unchecked.

24
25
Note to MacOSX users: There is a bug in the Acrobat reader which
26 causes it to make endless streams of requests after having
27 successfully downloaded the full pdf. Note that it is not necessary to
28 use Acrobat at all, since pdf's from here render as well or better
29 in the default Preview.app on MacOSX. If for some reason you think you
30 need to use Acrobat, go to Acrobat
Preferences -> Internet

31 and turn off the
32 "Allow speculative downloading in the background" option, which comes
33 (incorrectly) turned on by default, and whose behavior is quite broken.
34

35
36
If you believe this determination to be in error, see
37 http://export.arxiv.org/denied.html for additional information.
