BUILD: Improve extractor handling. Removed platform.h from include

Extractor is not properly detected and GNUNET_FS_EXTRACTOR_ENABLED
added to gnunet_config.h.
platform.h is removed from $PREFIX/include as it must not be included
by third parties anyway.
